PAYMENT

When you send us an email enquiry we respond promptly and professionally. Online transactions are processed by PayPal alternatively payment can be made by credit card over the phone, or direct bank deposit.


DELIVERY TIMES

We dispatch within (3) business days of your cleared payment being received, and where possible even sooner. From there it is up to the couriers and Australia post as to how quickly they can get it to you. 
Here is a general guide for delivery times:
All deliveries are made between 8.30am to 5.00pm Monday to Friday by performance 12volt Accessories chosen carrier. For orders placed before 4.00pm on a weekday, please allow from the confirmation of dispatch:
3-5 working days for delivery to a capital city in any State;
4-7 working days for delivery to most large regional towns; and
5-10 working days for delivery to other remote locations.
During peak periods i.e. Easter, Christmas, the delivery may take up to 10 working days. For more information please refer to Freight & Shipping.

RETURN POLICY

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us on 0413137439 within 7 days of receipt of the item. We will assess the damage and issue a return authorisation (where applicable) endeavouring to ensure that there will be minimal inconvenience to you.
You are required to send the goods back with a copy of invoice to the address provided, in as new condition, in its original packing and including all accessories, manuals and other documentation.
In the event that the unit has been returned for a refund, a replacement charge for any missing items will be deducted from the total refund amount. Any returned item that has been used or damaged may be rejected, and may result in an additional handling fee.
Where a defective product is being returned for a replacement, the original item must first be returned before a replacement unit is dispatched.
The customer is responsible for return shipping. We do not refund shipping charges, insurance charges or lost returned packages. It is strongly recommended that you use a shipping service that has full tracking facilities.

WARRANTY
In the event a unit being returned for a warranty must be returned with a copy of receipt and within the warranty period. Your item will then be sent for testing to manufactures premises. If found faulty, a replacement or repair will be sent out to you. If item is not found faulty, item will be returned at cost of the customer. Any missing items returned for warranty may result in warranty rejection. We will not be held responsible for cost of returned freight. 
Warranty cover does not cover damage caused by normal wear and tear, accidents, misuse, lack of maintenance, neglect, natural disaster, or other external causes; to damage caused by operating the equipment in a manner outside that described in the instructions (if supplied with product). The warranty is considered void if the item has been modified, altered or tampered with by a person (or persons) not authorised by Performance 12 Volt Accessories to provide service.

What if some items are damaged when I received them? 
All items that leave our premises are adequately packed and sent in good working condition. However, if you receive an item that has been damaged in transit, you must promptly contact Performance 12 Volt Accessories and advise them of the situation within 48 hours of receipt of the item. We will assess the damage and issue a return authorisation (where applicable) endeavouring to ensure that there will be minimal inconvenience to you.
Upon receiving your order, you must inspect it to ensure all items are included. If there is any damage, please contact us on 0413137439 within 48 hours of receipt of the item. If notice is not received within 48 hours customer is liable for return freight expenses on replacement items. Insurance is only covered for 2days (heavy items) on damaged received goods eg. batteries / Battery Packs / Solar after receiving goods. Customer is responsible for inspection on arrival of goods to ensure all items are included and not damaged due to freight. Please report any damage within 48hours of receiving goods as any problems may result in loss of goods and we will not be held responsible after this time. 
Keep all original packing materials and documentation including the delivery consignment note. If the goods are visibly damaged on receipt, please have the driver make a note on the shipper's consignment note and also take of photo of the damaged item/s that will be needed to email to us at performanceelec@bigpond.com.au
